Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid lived in Vietnam and has Chinese roots, while Winston Barrett Munn's clan has roots that go back to the American South. Her parents separated when she was just two years old and she was raised by her father and stepfather who was who was a part of the United States Air Force. Her primary residence was Tokyo, Japan, even when the family moved often. At this point, she appeared in a number of local theater productions, and then became a model in the Japanese fashion business. Olivia relocated her home to Los Angeles after the family's relocation back to this part of the United States. She pursued her ambition of becoming an actor. Olivia's career began to take off following a few minor parts. The role she landed was that of Mily in the series with a Hawaii lens Beyond the Break (2005) and the receptionist role for Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She is the host of "The Daily Nut", "Formula D", and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. She loves surfing, and has been practising since watching the tv program Beyond the Break (2006). Also, she is a black belt in taekwondo. She was only two when her mother got married again and this time, with an US Air Force member. They have relocated several times, but she was a majority of her youth in Tokyo Japan due to the fact that it was where her father was stationed. It was the University of Oklahoma is where she completed her studies in journalism, with a minor in Japanese Drama, dramatic and arts.
