Pickler born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, experienced an unhappy childhood. When she was two the mother of her fled from an abusive relationship. In 1995, she returned into the world of Pickler and was granted the custody rights. However, things didn't work out the way she had hoped. Pickler returned to her parents when she was 12. They helped the girl into adulthood. Pickler needed to look after of her children without parents. She admitted she was no longer able to read and began learning how to make a living as a homemaker from a very young age. Pickler had been a cheerleader in both the middle and high school. North Stanly High School graduated in the year 2004. Pickler was also a contestant in a beauty pageant. She once held the title as Miss Stanly County. As a child she started modeling, and, in 1984, made her acting debut in Once Upon a Time in America. After a few decades of modeling experience, the actress turned her attention to acting. She has appeared in films like the horror movie Phenomena and the musical fantasy Labyrinth along with romantic comedies like Career Opportunities and The Rocketeer.
